Would you recommend this for my swimming? I am really bad at backstroke and want to be at least average for my age. Do you know the prices? And could you say any more about it?
Hi, thanks for asking, firstly, do you swim for a club or just for leisure? If you are currently swimming for a club then I would say yes Swimtech Leicester is for you as you have an idea of what's needed at club level.
If you'd like to improve your stroke purely for your own satisfaction then I would recommend contacting your local pool and perhaps seeing what they have to offer during the summer break by way of one to one lessons.
To answer your other questions, prices start from £45 - £55 for an hours session with £5 off your first. Their coach is clear and relaxed and will ask you what you're hoping to get out of the session(s) and tailor the session around that.
It has very much helped me in the past, it's nice to have one 2 one coaching with video playback so I can be shown as well as be told what to correct by the coach. I managed to really improve my breaststroke, I now use Swimtech Leicester as a refresher every 2 months....helps me focus:)

For in ground pools, ladders generally have 2-5 steps going towards the deck. The ladders could have a platform or could just land straight on the deck. The height and shape of the ladder should be compatible to your pool. Poolleiter
